June 23. Bhaktapur, Chairman of the Federal Socialist Forum Nepal, Upendra Yadav, has said the agreements the past governments made on the Madhes issues must be incorporated in the new constitution.
At an interaction organized by the Raphat Media Club here today, Chairman Yadav warned if the new constitution brushed aside the issues raised by the Madhes movement, the constitution would be burnt and protest launched immediately.
He accused the big four political parties of striking the 16-point deal just to usurp the dollars the country is getting for the relief to the earthquake victims.
Moreover, Chairman Yadav claimed that the relief amount was being misused. So, a judicial committee must be formed immediately to probe into it, he demanded.
